IBS Bluebook (FAQs)
The "Bluebook" is a set of standard & advanced procedures for the IBS Accounting System. The original Bluebook got the name from its notoriously blue cover. The Bluebook is now a part of the IBS Help System. To access the Bluebook, Open the IBS Main Menu, goto Help -> Contents and look for Frequently Asked Questions.
