Howard Worrell is President of Direct Systems. After graduation from the College Of William and Mary, he began his business career as a commercial loan officer with Virginia’s largest bank. Eventual ownership of two moving companies and two trucking companies provided a knowledge of the transportation industry as well as the impetus for Direct Systems. |

Peggy Spence developed her accounting knowledge at several major CPA firms. Joining Direct in 1989, she eventually assumed full supervisory responsibility for all training and customer support activities. |

Linda Love’s previous twenty-year career was as an accountant in the private sector. Her duties at Direct include the successful installation, data conversion and training on all new systems. |

Danette Bean, a former Atlas agency owner with her husband, Skip, holds primary responsibility for sales at Direct Systems. A graduate of University of Southern Mississippi, Danette has over 15 years of hands-on moving and storage experience. This, combined with her technical knowledge, makes her particularly well suited for the challenges of her position. |
Sean Finch gained his industry knowledge and expertise while serving as Controller for a large multi – branch Atlas agency in the Northeast. His previous educational accomplishments include an MBA in Accounting from Fordham University and a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Hartford. Sean assists new installations with the initial set up and training on Direct’s software. He also provides high level consulting to the moving industry on financial and accounting issues. |

Lynsey W. Cutillo has, literally, grown up at Direct Systems, assisting with various office tasks throughout high school and during her years at Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2003 she retured to Direct to assume full responsibility as office manager. |

Andrew Miller, a graduate of North Georgia College & State University has a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Physics. This foundation has led to a successful seven year career in software development and data integration prior to joining the Direct programming team. Experience with .NET and SQL Server overlays nicely with Direct’s strategy of migrating the current system to SQL and then moving forward with the .NET rewrite. Andrew’s achievement in high school of the rank of Eagle Scout is further testimony to his character and work ethic. |

Jay Cole brings to Direct Systems over 25 years of experience in system design, programming, documentation and maintenance. His familiarity with many different languages and tools fits well with Direct's aggressive rewrite agenda. An easy going personality combined with a "Can Do" attitude assures an open line of communication between the end users of our software and our development team. |

Zachary Hare is a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University. He will graduate in December 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems which will go along with his Associates of Science degree in Business Administration. He has responsibility for various projects in system design and programming. |
Robert Butt assisted with product development and technical services at Direct for over 30 years. As controller for the original moving and trucking companies owned by Howard, he gained a complete understanding of the moving industry and its unique requirements. This knowledge served him well as the primary architect of Direct’s initial software. Now in retirement, he still consults with the Direct staff on an as needed basis. |

Benjamin Knowles entered the IT world after graduating from the University of Virginia in 1999. Since then he has continued to advance his knowledge in the area of Network & System Administration. His parallel skills in web development and design, database administration and remote-access technologies continue to benefit both Direct Systems and their many installations. |
